The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, stove, oven and coffee maker. The apartment has an additional toilet with washing machine.
Private parking is in the garage while the elevator takes you to the first floor apartment.
On the other side of the building are the city market, bakery, butcher, market, everything is within reach.

Porec has many restaurants, taverns and bars with a handful of gastronomic delicacies that are easily accessible from our apartment. If you want to cook something yourself, the Porec town market is across the street and has lots of local produce and fresh fish. Porec is also ideal for those who want to have an active vacation as it offers many sporting activities.
Poreč is a town in the western part of Istria, which is an attractive tourist destination. Today it is known for its large selection of accommodation, first-class events and activities, which can be enjoyed by a guest.
It is a place with a long and turbulent history. In the vicinity of Porec there are many interesting attractions: the Brijuni National Park, the Höhle Baredine, the Pazin Höhle, the Lim Bay and a beautiful town of Welt - Venice. Poreč offers a large number of sports and entertainment.

Maja und diese tolle Wohnung haben dafür gesorgt, das wir in Zukunft zuerst hier bei Airbnb schauen werden.
Wir haben das erste Mal über Airbnb gebucht und waren doch etwas skeptisch, kannten bisher nur die typischen Wohnungen über Agenturen. Maja und diese tolle Wohnung haben dafür gesorgt, das wir in Zukunft zuerst hier bei Airbnb schauen werden. Die Wohnung und das Haus sind anscheinend nagelneu und alle Features waren wie beschrieben vorhanden. Es waren aber auch noch Ausstattungsmerkmale vorhanden, die in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurden. Wir haben in den 2 Wochen nichts vermisst. Maja war immer ansprechbar und half uns auch mit Tipps und Tricks vor Ort weiter. Die Kommunikation war immer super angenehm und freundlich. Wir können uns bei Maja nur bedanken und ich halte es auch absolut nicht für ausgeschlossen, das wir uns wiedersehen.

Super schöne Wohnung, Balkon am Schlafzimmer ist mega schön. Das Meer ist innerhalb 3 Minuten erreichbar, also von der Lage her auf Perfekt.
Handtücher und Bettzeug ist schon alles da.
Küche ist voll ausgestattet und man kann auch super darin kochen.
Werden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen :)
Sehr schönes und modernes Apartment
Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und bietet jeden Komfort - grosser Flachbildschirm mit Netflix, super Schwalldusche, super Küche etc. Sehr froh waren wir über die Tiefgarage, wo wir unser Auto und die Mountain Bikes sicher aufbewahren konnten. Die malerische Altstadt von Poreč ist mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die Umgebung lädt ein zu Velotouren durch den Karst vorbei an gut gepflegten Olvenhainen und Weinbergen.
Maja war eine äusserst aufmerksame Gastgeberin mit der wir uns sehr gut auf Deutsch unterhalten konnten. Gold wert war ihr Restaurant-Tipp zum Restaurant Hrast, wo wir in angenehmster Bedienung Tagliatelle mit schwarzen Trüffeln und einen vorzüglichen Steinbutt assen.
Wir können das Appartement und die angenehme Gastgeberin wärmstens empfehlen
Perfect vacation
Absolutely loved this place!! Firstly, the location was incredible, walked everywhere, swam at different beach areas daily all within easy walking. An overwhelming amount of fantastic restaurants nearby.
Incredibly easy to park, great private safe car park space.
For the apartment itself, it was bigger and better than expected, so clean, had so many little extras to make it homely, beautiful new building and really quiet and safe.
Loved this apartment, spent 5 nights but easily could stay longer…. Looking to book again already!
Porec town is my favourite spot in Croatia, escaping the main tourist areas it makes for a beautiful change!
Sehr schönes und modernes Apartment im Herzen von Porec
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Im Apartment war tatsächlich ALLES vorhanden, dies ist aus eigenen Erfahrungen äußerst selten. Große gemütliche Terrasse zum entspannen. Die Altstadt von Porec ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Zum Meer sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Eigener Tiefgaragen Platz - perfekt für den Sommer.
